Membership

MotoVirolo is an informal and not-for-profit group of riders, and is not charging any membership fee to join the club. Our goal is simply to maximise the amount of quality riding of our club members and create a friendly atmosphere with a year-round agenda of adventurous rides and trips on the twisting roads of France, Europe and beyond.

Motorcycles

MotoVirolo is a specialised motorcycle club which welcomes riders of naked bikes and sport bikes of character, with a preference for European makes and models: Ducati, Benelli, Triumph, KTM, BMW, MV Agusta, Bimota, Aprilia, Moto Morini, Moto Guzzi... Euro-skeptics need not apply!

Reservations & Payments for Trips

MotoVirolo is not a travel agency. Therefore all bookings and payments for the trips are made directly to the providers (hotels, travel agencies, etc.) we plan the trips with.

Conditions of Travel & Riding

We usually ride between 150 and 250 miles per day, depending on the quality of the roads and the itinerary for the day. On each trip we follow a custom-designed route and we assign a tour leader in charge of the route but also of the general tour planning and smooth progress of the trip. Each group is voluntarily limited to 10-12 participants in order to favour conviviality. On the road, we ride in two separate packs once we reach a number of 8 bikes. Accommodation is generally planned in independent, reasonably-priced 2-star hotels-restaurants providing quality service, authenticity and the discovery of local specialties.

Limit of Liability

Riding a motorcycle is a dangerous activity. You agree to hold the members and officers of MotoVirolo harmless in the event of any personal injury resulting in participation of any MotoVirolo trips or events regardless of any implied or actual negligence by the MotoVirolo members or officers.
